G&S Real Estate Advisors, LLC is a real estate development, construction management and asset management company that focuses on condominium communities, residential mixed-use developments and master planned single family communities. For over 25 years, G&S services include development management, construction management, structuring & acquiring of capital sources, implementation of strategic sales and marketing programs, property management and asset management. Our clients include public and private development firms, successor developers, nationally based lenders, regional banks, private equity firms and publicly traded equity firms.

Robert Glantz
Robert Glantz is a 24-year seasoned real estate executive with a heralded reputation among colleagues and customers alike for a rare balance of strategic insight, operational expertise, financial oversight capabilities and sales and marketing savvy.

Glantz held senior positions with Taylor Woodrow, an international residential and commercial developer, for over 11 years. From Project Manager, to North American Land Acquisition Director, to Regional Director, to Senior Vice President of the U.S. Tower Division, Glantz spearheaded the success of over 40 single-home and multi-family communities.

The scope of his management expertise included custom home developments, to mixed-use country club communities, to luxury high-rise condominium developments. On the commercial side, Glantz provided construction and financial management to several Florida shopping centers, to acquisition and strategy management for a 1-million sf commercial DRI in Miami.

With Taylor Woodrow, Glantz managed sales, marketing, construction, warranty, property management and club activities, condominium turnover litigation, leasing, land development, land acquisition and utility plant operations.

Prior to Taylor Woodrow, Glantz honed his financial and budgeting skills with Arthur Rutenberg as Vice President of Operations managing purchasing, estimating, MIS, and sales. He also provided consultation services to 15 Florida west coast franchisee building companies.

And, as Division President of Lennar Homes in the 90’s, Glantz managed all facets of the business as Lennar grew to the largest homebuilder in the region with 250 closings per year.

Married with two children, Robert Glantz received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.



Sean Siebert
For the past 11+ years Sean Siebert has focused his expertise in development along the Florida Panhandle, Louisiana and the Gulf Coast of Mississippi. He has provided both residential and commercial development services for nearly 20 projects totaling more than $500-million in appraised value.

As President of Siebert Development Group, LLC (SDG), Siebert provided services and management to the entire development process from site acquisition services to property stabilization/turnover. Specifically Siebert’s tenure of experience includes acquisition and development underwriting, financial modeling, preparation and review of condominium and related legal documents, oversight of sales and marketing programs, securing and closing financial structures from construction loans to equity capital, draw processing, customer relations and sales contract, end-user closings, marketing and property manager selection and management and HOA turn-over coordination.

Prior to SDG, Siebert was Vice President of Real Estate Development for le Triomphe Property Group based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Siebert was directly responsible for the management responsibilities listed above in contributing to the success of a dozen residential, rental, retail and hotel projects including the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in New Orleans.

Siebert also offers clients of G&S Real Estate Advisors LLC the finance experience he acquired in his tenure with John Hancock in Tampa.

With the University of Florida his alma mater, Siebert resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife and two children.
